Booking & Pay

All bookings within 14 days of campaign start date must be confirmed via full payment, unless other arrangements have been made.

Bookings will attract 50% non refundable booking fee of the total amount is due upon booking to ensure your campaign dates are confirmed.

Cancellations 30 days prior to campaign will incur a fee of an additional 20% of the total amount.

Weather conditions may result in reschedule of your campaign to the next available dates and times available after consultation with your campaign manager.

Re-scheduling within 7 days will incur a fee of 50% of the total cost. It is our strict company policy that no campaign will commence without full upfront payment.
